Patrick Tahon is a passionate hobby photographer for whom photography has always played an important role in his life. For his 18th birthday he received his first analog camera, Canon T70, with which he mainly recorded travels, followed by extensive photography of children.
The switch to the digital camera was made via Nikon to system cameras from Fujifilm.
In order to fully master photography, a training course as a photographer was started at CVO Scala in Kortrijk, a thorough modular course that covers all aspects of photography, both technically and substantively, with an emphasis on practice. The following modules have already been accomplished: Intro Photography A, Intro Photography B, Photo Analysis, Adobe Lightroom, People in Studio, Action Photography, Architectural Photography, Matter Studio and very recently Adobe Photoshop in combination with Nature Photography.
The Portfolio starts in September 2024, module during which a series of images must be created that will be presented at a final exhibition in June 2025. If this module is successfully completed, Patrick becomes a Professional Photographer.
